I. Introduction:
The Q61F three-piece butt-welded ball valve addresses the damage to the valve seat seal caused by high temperatures during welding installation, which would otherwise lead to valve leakage. The three-piece design effectively solves this problem. The three-piece butt-welded ball valve belongs to the category of manual ball valves. A ball valve uses a sphere with a circular passage as the opening and closing component; the sphere rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. The opening and closing component of a ball valve is a perforated sphere that rotates around an axis perpendicular to the passage, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the passage. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines and equipment, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. They have the advantages of small fluid resistance, simple structure, small volume, light weight, reliable sealing, convenient operation and maintenance, no erosion on the sealing surface of the valve, and wide application range. Applicable media include water, oil, gas and some corrosive liquids.
